2. Types of data processed

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, request time). This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to monitor correct operation.

Voluntarily provided data

Submitting the contact form involves the processing of the following data: full name, email address, company name (optional), subject and message content. This data is used solely to respond to the request.

Analytics data

The site uses Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) to collect aggregate and anonymous data on how the site is used. Google Analytics uses analytical cookies described in the Cookie Policy. Data is transferred to the USA in compliance with GDPR safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). For more information: policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) — to respond to contact requests.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) — for navigation data and aggregate statistics.
  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) — for analytical cookies, given via the cookie banner.

4. Processing methods

Data is processed using computer tools, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimisation and storage limitation as required by the GDPR. No automated processing producing significant legal effects is carried out.

5. Recipients and data processors

Data may be shared with:

  • Aruba S.p.A. — hosting provider (data processor).
  • Google LLC — for the Google Analytics service (data processor).
  • Web3Forms — for transmitting contact form messages.

Data is not disclosed to third parties or used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

6. Retention period

  • Contact form messages: retained for the time necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months.
  • Navigation data: retained for the time strictly necessary for site management.
  • Analytics data: according to Google Analytics settings (default: 14 months).

7. Data subject rights

Pursuant to Arts. 15–22 GDPR, data subjects have the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, and request portability.
